Summer Tips
All you need to do is follow these summer care tips so that you can keep yourself cool and healthy in this summer.
1.In Summers, whatever we have, get contaminated very soon may be with in 4 to 5 hours. So it is always better to think of health first instead of care about the food wastage.
2. Water Melon, Cucumber, Coconut water, Lemon water, and different kind of juices is very good option to go for. As it hydrate the skin as well completes body's water level need.
3. As in summers body sweat a lot, that increases the chance of forming germs very offen so it is good to go for antiseptic soaps or Dettol can be added in bucket of water. Also special care is needed for delicate organs.
4. More frequently hand wash is again very important. It also should be taken care that one should avoid touching face with dirty and germfull hands. It causes rashes, acne and pimples.
5. Do not forget to clean your mobile, laptop, TV remote, Keys and all handy things by antiseptic. 6. Coffee and tea are not all good as they stimulate the central nervous system. Taking them on empty stomach is harmful.
