Methi Seeds/Fenugreek Seeds If taken in the morning as sprouted form daily then without dieting you can easily control over extra weight. Take one spoon Methi Seeds and soak in water over night and eat it with empty stomach and then wait for half an hour, after that you are ready to take breakfast for the day. It is not good in taste, but soon you will get habitual.
