Sound Sleep with yoga Nidra/Yoga Nidra in Work Place


Yoga Nidra is the best method to give relax to the whole body. Whenever I feel very tired or restless, I do prefer yoga Nidra.

In this method, I start scanning my body from head to toe. I feel every moment on every part of the body and give instructions to relax n calm. I say to my mind to sleep, body to relax and I tell my body part to relieve stress by letting release tension from each cell.
It is best to give complete rest to your mind, body, and soul. At least start it from 5 min to 10 min initially. than slowly can increase it to 15 to 20 min. let all your worries go out of your body during that process.

Yoga Nidra in Work Place: Close your eyes, start feeling relaxed and complete.
start telling I am relaxed and fulfilled with energy. Just do it for 2 minutes in every 2-hour alternative. As you start to feel stress, immediately tell the mind to be cool n relax. Regular practice of this will not allow stress to form in your body.
