Starting my weight loss journey
Hi! friends I am writing this post as I feel i am overweight, and need to do something about it now. So I have decided to drink 8 glass of water for first 10 days. I will post every day picture of my face to see the difference in many prospective like improvement of my face texture is one of them.I might add more glass of water if I consume more per day, for this I will mention it in my blog.
I will taking more few steps to aid in my weight loss journey like adding sugar free in my tea alternative day. As it is going to be very first day I don't want to shock my body with so many changes in one go.
Day 1
30 min walk
8 glass of water during day
Moderate daily routine food with 10 % less CARBS
Morning tea with less milk and sugar free
Night walk for 15 min initially
Will try to add salad today in my lunch and dinner.
Today morning breakfast was idle and papaya and watermelon. Lunch was again moderate. Ha 10 glass of water as it was my first day. dinner was again moderate with 45 min of night walk. So yes I achieved from day one expected. Also did 15 min of kapalbhati prayanam to reduce tummy fat. As it was first day excitement I did more what expected. Also sure not be able to follow every day. I want to include chia seeds in my routine as use to take earlier very effective.
