My first choice is papaya in fruits for breakfast. Big full plate of cucumber salad before lunch, in lunch one chapati and one bowl daal and one glass butter milk is my first choice. Same in dinner if I really want to make tummy light and happy I prefer papaya the most.

Between snacks can be some bhel chaat mixed with lots of chopped veggies like cucumber, onion, and tomato, squeez half lemon. Here I have also added some peanuts and boiled sweet corn.
There could be various option to choose keeping tummy light for hole day, drinking 7 to 8 glass of water during day in mid gaps. On top of that adding various flavour like lemon, honey, cucumber touch, curd, mint and orange to water are mouth watering.
