Beans The Great Idea!







My Perfect Food: Now these days I am having lots of beans as lunch & dinner.
How do I cook: I take 250grm beans & do boil in 1 liter water with salt added( Quantity very less). This can be taken along with your proper food. It is very good for the stomach for smooth running and bowel clearence. As now these days it is very difficult to stay away from junk food like maggi, pasta and more tasty stuff. Beans can be added in good quantity while preparing the stuff, it will add quality of your food.

Benefits:
Beans The Great Idea! as major player in the fight against cancer. It is full of protein and loaded with nutrients. Beans have more fiber and protein than any other vegetable.
