Chia seeds are full of calcium, iron and anti-oxident etc. Consumption of this can give flat tummy in use of one month time.
My gym trainer uses to suggest to take chia seed water to consume after my 1-hour gym.
Firstly I use to take 1 spoon of chia seed in my coffee mug and pour 1 glass of lukewarm water in it. I use to leave it for 1 hour.
Later I use to mix lemon and honey in it according to taste and put it into the microwave for 1 min to warm it.
It tastes best, at the same time it's fulfilling tummy and hungry mind.
It's amazing to consume as full of fiber also various health benefits like weight management. It is a low calorie food with lots of nutrients like fiber, protein and omega 3 fatty acids. At the same time it is full of anti-oxidants. It can drastically reduce appetite and cravings. Chia seeds considered as superfood, works for me best as I feel tummy full for 2 hours the time I consume.
