My Experience

 Re' equil oil free moisturizer I ordered two weeks ago summer season in India ( Rajasthan ) very hot. I have used it daily would love to share what I felt about this cream. I have combination to oily skin, sometime one or two pimples in a month. It is a light weight cream, non greasy formula is a very light on my face. It works well as moisturizer. Keeps my skin 24 hour moisturize. This cream absorbs in my skin very well, but this cream is not sweat proof, I personally if not in a.c will sweat on my face after applying this, may be because of hot summer. But this is the case If  I apply it bare on my face after face wash. I think should have used toner before applying this cream. In another case If I use it under makeup this cream is perfect, where we use SPF cream on top of it and further primer and makeup on. Skin glow after applying this.

Multivitamin for healthy looking skin and body

There is no explanation required why we opt for multi-vitamins. Here I personally take multi-vitamins to get healthier skin and keep myself full day energetic. I started taking multivitamin 4 years ago, I noticed my skin started getting lifeless dull and low. I wanted to get back to my glowing and youthful skin. I went to dermatologist for my acne and oily skin issue, I insisted her to give me multi vitamins.

Nivea Nourishing lotion Body milk review

This Nivea body lotion doesn't need introduction at all. Its my 6th or 7th bottle. Truly love this one, for my hands and feet. It stays 24 hour till next wash, 48 hour claim not sure. Its very affordable, soft formula and keeps skin healthy looking. It claims nourish very dry skin, so yes it does. But as in my earlier posts I mention about my psoriasis in foot souls this cream doesn't work for it. Except this no complains at all.

No Makeup look

All time putting on makeup harms skin a lot if not taken care properly. So decided to leave my  face just CTM and sunscreen applied on. No lip color, kajal and no eyebrow done. Just lakme cc cream and lakme 9 to 5 compact powder that also very little in quantity.

In my second look done with face scrub with Himalaya neem face scrub and after this clean and clear fairness face wash. Applied ReQuill oil free moisturizer.

Acne prone skin and active acne should we scrub?

During my experience in last skin care companies, I learned, it is advisable to let the active acne settle before scrub. Scrub during active acne can worsen the case to break out. Yes, we can scrub acne prone skin when no active acne to expose.

Another way to exfoliate acne prone skin would be chemical peel, best way to remove dead skin for acne prone skin. Still active area is always avoided during the chemical peel. salicylic peels are best for acne-prone skin.

No makeup look with minimal makeup

In my these makeup looks I have used cetaphil moisturizer lotion, colorbar primer, 9 to 5 lakme cc cream/ fit me foundation on top of primer, 9 to 5 compact power/ fit me compact. I usually use 9 to 5 lakme products for day today routine as it has light coverage. I prefer fit me meyblline for party purpose as it gives high coverage. I have used Meybelline colossal kajal in my eyes as on daily basis do not irritate at all.

Starting my weight loss journey

Hi! friends I am writing this post as I feel i am overweight, and need to do something about it now. So I have decided to drink 8 glass of water for first 10 days. I will post every day picture of  my face to see the difference in many prospective like improvement of my face texture is one of them.I might add more glass of water if I consume more per day, for this I will mention it in my blog.

I will taking more few steps to aid in my weight loss journey like adding sugar free in my tea alternative day. As it is going to be very first day I don't want to shock my body with so many changes in one go.

Day 1

30 min walk 

8 glass of water during day

Moderate daily routine food with 10 % less CARBS

Morning tea with less milk and sugar free

Night walk for 15 min initially

Will try to add salad today in my lunch and dinner.

Today morning breakfast was idle and papaya and watermelon. Lunch was again moderate. Ha 10 glass of water as it was my first day. dinner was again moderate with 45 min of night walk. So yes I achieved from day one expected. Also did 15 min of  kapalbhati prayanam to reduce tummy fat. As it was first day excitement I did more what expected. Also sure not be able to follow every day. I want to include chia seeds in my routine as use to take earlier very effective.

This cream I bought to try if it suits my skin and to treat some ageing signs. The texture of the cream is soft and light weight, it is non greasy formula. Yes after applying it after few minuets gives very soft smooth supple and firm skin with skin tightening. If you are looking for affordable options in anti ageing range this cream could be better option.  All skin types can use this product. My skin type is combination it suits me well. This cream is not for summers and oily skin type can feel sweat problem with this. dry skin, normal skin and combination can use it entire year. But people with sweat issue  should avoid it in summers and rainy season.

I liked the outer box packaging cardboard box. Inner tub is made of  plastic, it has light scent to the cream. Product quantity is 40g that runs well for one month of time.
